Why Reverse Osmosis Systems?
Reverse Osmosis Systems are among the most accurate devices for water filtration. Water filtration through an RO systemconsists in the separation of water molecules from other compounds dissolved therein, through a semi-permeable membrane – this is the reverse process of the natural process of osmosis occurring in all living cells. Osmotic membrane retains 96% - 99% of organic and inorganic pollutants soluble in water, bacteria, and various viruses.
The semi-permeable RO membrane consists of multiple layers wound on a perforated pin arranged inside the membrane. Contaminated water is forced under pressure over the membrane surface, where the water molecules pass through the microscopic pores of the membrane. Impurities are separated and discarded to drain. Within the range of SUPREME products you will find six-, seven-, even eight- step systems.
How often should the Filter sets be changed?
Small Filter sets for all RO models (RO-6, RO-7, RO-8 Premium) need to be changed every 6 months.
Larger filter sets are meant to be changed every 12 months.
The Pentair Osmotic Membranes need to be changed every 3 to 5 years, depending on the quality of the raw water.

Is the water going through Reverse Osmosis filters safe for infants, kids and pregnant women?
Absolutely! The components are American NSF certified, and meant for everyone, including infants, children and pregnant women.
Can I use it in situations when the water contains a lot of iron in it?
Absolutely!
This is exactly what the RO filters are meant for. The filtering system will remove mud, sand, suspensions, chlorines, organic coumpounds, heavy metals, pesticides and water hardness
Furthermore, RO systems are designed to enrich water with minerals that are essential for health, as well as it corrects the mineral composition of water, ph and its organoleptic properties.
Does it affect the taste & aroma of the water?
Osmotic filtration allows to remove compounds that are responsible for the unpleasant taste and aroma of water. The final filtration step is performed on a linear cartridge filled the highest quality activated carbon. After passing through the carbon bed, the water achieves excellent taste and aroma.
A linear S-L-CARB carbon cartridge, improving the taste and aroma of water, is installed in all the models of the RO systems by SUPREME.
Mineralised water can be used for plant watering, as the correction of PH and minerals are great for everyone and everything - people, animals, plants.
What does Osmotic filtration remove in the process?
Osmotic filtration removes most of the impurities from the water. The filtration process removes such minerals as: calcium and magnesium.
In some RO system models, a mineralising cartridge is installed at the end of the filtration process. After passing through the mineraliser, water is enriched with mineral elements such as calcium and magnesium. The concentration of minerals in water is comparable to the concentration of bottled mineral water

Does the water gets ionized in the process?
Ionisation of water through the S-L-FIR cartridge, consists in reducing its clusters, so that the body is rapidly hydrated and toxins are rapidly removed.
Ionised water is also a natural antioxidant that effectively sweeps away free radicals responsible for the rapid ageing of our body and responsible for the formation of cancerous diseases. Ionised alkaline water neutralises the acidity of the body (adjusts the pH).

Can you drink osmotic water without prior boiling?
Yes! You can drink water subjected
to osmotic filtration without prior boiling.
Can Reverse Osmosis systems be harmful to health?
No! All the systems of the SUPREME brand have a valid attestation of the Polish National Institute of Hygiene (PZH), which allows the systems to have contact with water.
Can RO systems remove minerals from the water?
Yes! Apart from contaminants, the RO system also removes mineral salts from the water.
The SUPREME-RO7 and SUPREME-RO8 PREMIUM systems are equipped with a mineralising cartridge which secondarily enriches water with minerals essential for the human body
Ordering
What does PWS Assembly Mean?
For orders in Latvia - it means that we will deliver the product to you and have it assembled (for new Reverse Osmosis water filtration systems that are purchased for the first time, the setup is already included in the price).
If you are ordering Small or Large Filter sets to change the filter cartridges, you can either order the Filter Cartridges to change them yourself, or choose the Water Filters with PWS Assembly option to have the Filter sets changed by PWS Team of Experts, who will do it for you.
Furthermore, we will also remind you on a timely manner that the filter cartridges should be changed, so that you do not have to worry about it at all.
How to know for sure if I am selecting the right water solution product?
You can always contact us at info@purityws.com, and we can help you find the right solution to ensure that you get the right type of filters to remove everything from the water to make it clean, healthy and without any smell or taste to it.
We usually suggest also doing water analysis and when reaching out, provide the analysis attached to the email, so that we can review the quality of the water and suggest the right setup in your house/flat/cottage/business.
How fast the order will be processed?
The order usually is processed within 3 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too
We process orders within 3 business days, so you could try to reach out to us by sending an email to info@purityws.com, and we can try to cancel it. If the order is already handed over to the shipping carrier, unfortunately, the order cannot be canceled anymore.
Can I use MasterCard or VISA for my purchase?
Yes, we accept both card payment types.
What currency does the store use?
The store is selling products in EUR (euros).
*If you are using a different currency in your country, the bank will automatically convert to EUR accordingly to your banks conversion rates.
What if I would like to order in bulk?
If you would like to order in bulk for your friends and family, click on the "Contact Us" button, fill out the form and we will get back to you with a possible discount on the purchase.
Is Shipping included in the price?
Shipping in Latvia is free of charge. The rest of the countries, the shipping cost is included in the PWS Assembly option for Filter Sets.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Currently, Shipping is available to:
Latvia, Estonia, Finland and Sweden.
If you are located in a different country, and would still like to purchase our products, please use the contact form, and we can discuss what would be the shipping costs to your destination address.
Estimated delivery time is 10 business days (14 calendar days).

Do you ship Internationally?
Currently, we offer shipping to Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland and Sweden.
However, you can reach out to us by sending an email to info@purityws.com, and we can check what could be the shipping cost for the order you would like to purchase.
We are continiously looking to expand, and more countries will be available to deliver in the near future!
What if the order comes and the package is damaged, and the courier is not taking responsibility?
In such situations, do not hesitate to contact us by sending us an email to info@purityws.com.
Make sure to include the order number and photographic evidence of the product received to back up your claim. We will evaluate the situation and if it will be the fault of the carrier, we will send you a completely new product accordingly.
*Please note that the damaged product will be required to be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving the order.

Set up & Instructions
Can I set it up myself?
Definitely! We have created setup manuals that come along with the product, but will also always be available on our website. All of the accessories are included with the product in order to properly make an installation at your location.
If you would like to use a professional technician to do the setting up for you, please contact us at info@purityws.com.
What to do if I need to change a specific part because of unforeseen reasons?
Rest assured, all spare parts can be purchased, please reach out to us either via email or the Contact Us form, kindly provide a photo, and we will provide you with the respective part accordingly.
What are the Dimensions of each product?

Is it possible to connect the RO system to the SIDE-by-SIDE refrigerator?
Yes! With the use of a tee fitting, it is possible to divide water between the spout circuit and a SIDE-by-SIDE refrigerator.
Can I use the RO system for aquariums?
Yes! Osmosis water is a great base from which to obtain excellent water used in the aquarium.
