That is a common myth. Reverse osmosis systems effectively clean water of unwanted impurities, while our RO-6, RO-7 and RO-8 Premium models are equipped with a mineralisation filter that adds minerals back into the purified water. This produces clean, great-tasting drinking water suitable for everyday use.

We install an under-sink RO system in 1–3 hours and a softener in the utility room in 4–7 hours. A full set of RO, softener and UV is installed in a single working day. Systems can also be installed further away; we adapt the installation to the available space for both drinking water filters and whole-home systems.

For RO systems, the small filter set should be changed every 6–9 months and the membrane every 3–5 years, while large filter sets should be changed within a 12–18 month interval. The actual change frequency varies depending on the quality of the unfiltered water. We keep track of your system's running time, remind you before a change is due, and provide delivery of replacement filter sets and, if needed, their replacement.

For private homes with their own water source we offer mechanical pre-filtration, iron removal, softening, aeration systems and UV disinfection systems that neutralise water impurities and destroy bacteria and microorganisms without chemicals. Based on water analyses, we tailor the necessary solution to each customer individually.

Yes. For offices, cafés and hotels we offer dispensers with hot, cold and sparkling water that connect to the mains water supply - water is filtered on demand by the built-in filter cartridges inside the dispensers themselves. Purchase options are available with full service and filter changes.
